Amazing customer service and service in general

Honestly never had an issue with Dotsure, been with them before, took me a month after losing my pup to let them know of his passing and they still refunded 1 month instalment without me asking or even thinking about it , joined with them a second time and had the pleasure to speak with Bianca Johnson, honestly thank you so much you were amazing and so relatable , also thanks for just following up and for being patient with me :) nothing felt forced you were just super helpful and insightful 🤍
