Amazing Customer Service
What a joy to work with Dotsure ! I've never been to claim stage , but in terms of Customer Service they are brilliant. Such a pleasure working with Godwin Thobi - who kept on changing the quotes as I changed my mind on which option to take (thanks for your patience Godwin) and never once did he not go above and beyond !
The efficiency is note worthy !
So far - so good ! Happy with Customer Service. Now... let's see what happens when we get to claim-stage (someday).
