Amazing Call Experience

The ladies who assisted me had such an amazing vibe, very happy to assist and very kind on the phone. Answered the questions I had and made the call short and sweet. Explained the process of the new Carrot Pet health rewards Program and when I asked for changes to be made, I was assusred I would get a call from the correct department and within 1 min of puttign the phone down the new department called to amend the details. Very satisfied. Great team.
