Amateur service
I got into an accident on the 8 October 2019 a traffic officer bumped into my vehicle. On the same day I called Dotsure and was told the consultants were in a meeting which I understood as it was late. But someone called me the next morning I then gave her all the information she had requested what was sad is that the first question she had asked me is “who was driving the vehicle as the time of the incident?” Not “Are you okay? Was anybody hurt etc” Anyway I continued to get calls throughout the 2 days after the incident asking for my statement and any information about the other driver. Here I am thinking that I will be assisted by my insurance company whom I have never even on a single month missed a debit order.
I was wrong fast forward to Monday 14 October 2019 I get the Accident Report and submit all the other documents they had requested via email I send the email twice on the 14 October 2019 one at 12:36 and the other at 14:22 To my total shock on Friday 18 October 2019 I receive an email stating that my claim had been cancelled as I had not submitted anything. I called Dotsure again to find out why this was the case as I had submitted the necessary documents and they told me Lindokuhle Maqolo would call me this individual never called me instead I had to call Dotsure again Monday 21 October 2019 to ask what was going on and still a consultant said someone will contact me!
No one has contacted me!!!! The service Dotsure gives to its clients is HORRIBLE!!!!! They paint themselves as professionals but I have only been dealing with amateurs!!!!! I would never recommend this company to anybody not even for your pets!!!!!
