Am so not happy with service
Service is all good at first but as time goes a lot changes. I have been with Dotsure for over a year for my 2021 VW Vivo. Service so pathetic after you signed up. I have just called now to cancel 2 of my contracts with excess buster and courtesy vehicle package and the lady LERATO whom she was assisting me **** through her teeth and what annoys me she ended the call after waiting long for consultants to pick up my call.. no confirmation of cancellation I didn’t run out of airtime I’m using contract phone and she hasn’t returned the call back.. this just leave a bad taste to my mouth🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
