Almost canceled Dotsure client

I contacted Dotsure last week and I was given the incorrect information about my policy. After being a loyal client of 8 years I decided to cancel my policy with Dotsure based on this information received by a lady from the complaints department. An agent by the name of Natasha Stack called me today and wanted to discuss my reason for cancelation. She explained my policy in full detail with alot of patience and most importantly, the correct information. She was professional yet friendly. She made me realise why I chose Dotsure. Thank you Natasha Stack, if it wasn't for your proper guidance and knowledge, Dotsure would've lost a loyal client today. Dotsure you have an asset working for you. She has set a standard for sure.
