Thank you Alma and team for your great service. Dotsure has been great from the first day I called for a claim. I called on Saturday morning to start the process of a life claim, I was advised that the claims dept is closed, I should call Monday morning. Monday morning, I received a call at exactly 09h00 when offices opened, next Alma called me. She was efficient, kind and truly understanding.

I was treated like the only customer, I am truly happy with the service I received from Alma and the dotsure team.
