All Talk and NO show...

We took our Frenchies for their yearly vaccine, when the vet said that one of our Frenchies has an elongated soft palate that caused an abnormal increased inspiratory effort hence causing the nostril cartilages to collapse and lead to servere bilateral stenotic nares. She needed immediate surgery. We proceeded cause we are covered by the "leading pet insurars" as claimed. Only to find out that they refuse to pay out the emergency operation the dog needed desperately. We have been with Dotsure since 2019 on their Superior Package (High end package) with our french bulldogs. They claim to be the top pet insurers, but in our experience it's all false advertising. Upon starting with Dotsure we explained our breed and wat challenges they have where they said they suggested the higher packages as it cover everything from accidental, emergency and even hereditary. How good is an insurance when they not there when your beloved "baby" needs emergency care, but is quick to do the debit order every month.
