Just wanted to say a huge thank you and heart felt gratitude to Samantha Armstrong. Wow, it was just a blessing getting a call from you.

You just put me at ease, taking away my worry of having a sick pet, firstly asking me how I was, then checking on the well being of my baby boy, listening to me sob.. never interrupting, then telling me, that he will be okay and that my claim (which I only did that morning and which was my every first one as I just taken out this policy a few months ago) was processed and will be paid out and it was done the next morning .

Samantha, you was so calm kind reassuring... a beautiful humble soul indeed ..

I never had a company follow up and tell customers that the claims will be paid ... or check up on them..

My baby boy even got sent a get well card ... 😊
