After a frustrating day at work I decided to add another Paw member to my policy after a incident that happend to my other pet member over the weekend and not having any results and it was very expensive having no cover at all for them. As I already have a policy with dotsure pet insurance the Email was sent for a call back at 12H00 when it was my lunch break. Few minutes later during my lunch break I got a telephone call from Luke Quist , he assisted me in a very honourable way and as quick as possible as I only had 10 minutes left of my lunch. Very Satisfied. I have not had any problems with dotsure's service in the past and I do not have one now. Thank you very much Dotsure.
