Added services not requested on policy (**** service)

I'm unhappy with the consultant (Sam) he explained everything to me and was happy to take the policy, I told him that I don't want any added services on the policy which he agreed. Next thing after the call I get an email stating that I'm covered for rim and Tyre as well as excess something which wasn't agreed on in the first place. I'm disappointed in the service as I've requested for cancelation on both the policies but no feedback is given
