Acclamation & Thanks for Outstanding Customer Service & General Excellence!

I would just like to thank Dotsure for their superb and class leading customer service. One of my fur-babies developed a huge infected cyst which raptured on Monday the 19th of October 2020. Naturally I took her to the vet where the infected cyst had to be surgically removed – a great thank you to the Dr and his team for taking such good care of my baby. She came home the same day, with some pain of course, but the pain medication and lots of spoils & love saw her furry little tail wagging soon again and she is well on the road to recovery. The other side to the whole drama is, of course the vet costs, costs that add up quickly, but also costs any pet ***** would willingly pay to see their babies well again. That’s what insurance is for, right? I had all the required documents completed by the Dr which I then, along with the invoice, submitted through Dotsure’s seamless online claims procedure on Tuesday the 20th of October 2020. Additional documents were requested directly from the vet and the very same day I was contacted by Andrea Myburgh – friendly, professional, caring and understanding are just some of the words I can use to describe my experience with Andrea. We spoke on the phone for less than 2 or 3 min and she informed me that she would be submitting my claim and will inform me of the outcome shortly. I figured this should take a while, but to my surprise, I received an email and SMS that my claim was approved not more than 30min after receiving the call from Andrea. To top that, my claim was paid to my bank account in the early afternoon of the 21st of October 2020. Great Customer Service, excellent, seamless and efficient claims procedure! All this happened in such a short span of time and I am undoubtedly impressed beyond believe and will be recommending Dotsure to all of my family, friends & colleagues. Thank you Dotsure and Andrea for turning an otherwise dramatic experience, into something very positive. Your excellence in all aspects is something all S.A. companies should be making great efforts to achieve!!!
