Accident opened my eyes with dotsure...

I'm insured with dotsure for my car insurance and I've had a somewhat experience with them after i had an accident on the 06 May 2022, and it was my first accident. So through my accident i was shocked and traumatized and the first service car to arrive at the scene of the accident was first help towing service... And Me being shaken up and traumatized i went with first help towing service only to find out the following day i wasn't supposed to go along with them as first help is not part of dotsure. I ended up being charged R10 000 from first help. But dotsure paid them to get my car from them but charged me the R10 000 which i had to pay from my pocket. Interesting part is later told my story to outsure and they told me they wouldn't have changed me R10 000 because they understand i was in shock and in trauma considering in that state I'm not thinking straight. ( I'm considering moving to outsurance). So through my claim with dotsure sure, the process of fixing my car took longer as wrong parts kept on being ordered, i will admit they kept on updating me of the process but it took longer as wrong parts of my car kept on being ordered. Another thing is, which i learned with dotsure is that they wanted me to take a picture of the police report after the accident and email it to them, only to find out that they're suppose to contact the police station themselves to get that report. Main reason dotsure wanted me to get the police report for them, is so that they wouldn't be charged. Another thing was... I'm based in centurion but my car taken to Roodepoort to be fixed and I was requested to come and collect it which was a hussle since Roodepoort is far from centurion. They could've at least send my car to a nearby Panelbeaters after they collected it from first help.
