Accident cover after 1 week

we are long standing clients and have always had great service, but we have never experienced an accident of this magnitude. We registered our puppy before we took him home and a week later he was bitten - it was an accident. Puppy spent a week in hospital. Dotsure was true to their word and covered as per our policy. I submitted my claim and the claim was authorized the same day . Fantastic service.
