Accident claim

I made a accident claim to dotsure they say they will get me quotation on how much it will be to fix my vehicle 1st qoutation was for R92000 they say thats to much they found another one for R38000 then 2weeks later told me they cant help me so i went out to fix my own car bought all the parts self fixed it privately payed less then R10000 dotsure is useless as a insurance company wont recommend anyone to join them they quick to say you must join them because anything can happen on the road well when something did happen they couldn't help me but you must pay them every month for nothing they are useless as an insurance they left me on my own when i needed them they are just there to take your money nothing else dotsure you guys are the worst you suck

And now you wane call me and explain about access and all that **** dont care about that i pay you monthly you guys didn't even try to compromise meet me half at least try nothing like that you just left me alone you dont care about your customers you left me alone didn't even try to meet me halfway nothing try to work out something nothing i must do it on my own you suck dotsure i fixed my car myself it cost me less than R10000 and your stupid quote was for R38000 madness...try to do everything in your power to help your customers they bring in lots of money but no you dont give a **** DOTSURE you useless thats it
