Accident claim

<div>I was involved in a accident on the 9th November, vehicle was towed to a panel beater for assessment. Friday 10th was seating at the panel beater waiting for way forward as I'm not staying in Eastern Cape. They communicating with panelbeater not me. Around to 5 called spoke to a lady called lorein something like that wanted Way forward on what will happen or what must I do. The lady at to 5pm telling me I must go to cape town because I'm not going to get the vehicle, I asked why was not informed about the processes couldn't give me proper answer as seems was not suppose to know what will happen to the vehicle and as well what must I do. It's almost 5pm I must go to cape town but don't know anything and they closing at 5pm then asked the lady to send release letter to get my vehicle that time as must go to cape town, she said, will send letter that time and cancel claim but didn't send letter and panel beater refused to give me my car. I left to cape town without the car because release letter was not sent by lorein. I called again 5.17pm spoke to Oksana at reception told me everyone left and she can't help me. Apparently released letter was sent Saturday after I left to cape town day before and I'm not aware of that. I expected release letter Friday sametime the lady said, she is sending it but never send it. Now when enquire about my vehicle being told it's released to me but I don't have the car with me still at panel beater as the letter was never sent by the lady Friday (10th) ended up leaving with the bus. When I want to speak to manager they refusing to transfer me to manager as I want answers about my vehicle that is still at panel beater. Yesterday loreine said, sent release letter that Friday to panel beater but was never sent to panel beater as when I called she was already left. Panel beater printed me a letter stated on top "repairer documents request" which the panel beater received and it clear state that client must be contacted to make necessary arrangements but no one contacted me until I demand answers on way forward. I need a manager to address my case and no one is available to speak to me.</div>
