Abused customer

I logged in a claim for my extended warranty insurance but was told that the part I am claiming for was not covered after being taken from pillar to post and after a long wait I was then to that the part was not covered and the guy hung up the phone on my ear when I told him that the insurance was of no use to me so I would like to cancel I feel like I was abused
