Abused by dotsure insurance

I feel oppressed and abused by insurance, I was involved in a car accident on the 9th August, and their client left me on the scene, he then decided the next day to go to police station alone without me, I was then called by insurance to tell me to pay ridiculous amount back to them. My car is badly damaged and their clients car had minor damages, I feel I need to be given the option to also allow my registered panel beators to assess the damage and give a quote.The quote that was given by dotsure does not specify the damage and what exactly are they paying. I need the parts to be specified. How does a person go to police station alone yet we were both involved in the accident. Yes I agree I bummed onto their clients car but he was supposed to wait for me so that we write the accident report together and get 3 quotations, my rights are abused I need assistance with this regard. This is unfair business conduct as my car was damaged more as well
