Absolutely pathetic service from Dotsure agent

Sent in our vehicle for a repair to the local approved Dotsure agent, Lowveld Panelbeaters for a repair. Took vehicle in on Monday and was assured it will be ready on Thursday. Upon following up on Wednesday, was told by agent that she will give us an update bybthe afternoon. On Thursday morning, there was still no call back so we followed up again. Was told they will call us with an update. Despite numerous calls, and notification that we use the vejicle to transport goods, it is Friday afternoon and there is still no calls from the agent or Dotsure. Finally told they are rushing the process to have it done. Two events this weekend, a trip to Jhb on Monday and no vehicle. We are out of pocket to make alternate arrangements and neither Dorsure or the agent care about it. Absolutely pathetic service.
