Absolutely outstanding service from Dotsure and Sunica Geldenhuys Dotsure has once again given me the best service ever! I had to take Pablo to the vet for an eye infection. His appointment was at 11:30, and I submitted my claim at 12:08. I honestly couldn’t believe it when the money was already paid into my account by 12:47! 🙌 That is an incredible turnaround time — but more than that, it gives you such peace of mind when you’re worried about your fur baby. I have never experienced service of this quality from an insurance company. Dotsure consistently goes above and beyond, and their efficiency, care and commitment to their customers are truly exceptional.
