absolutely no customer service at all. Lies on top of lies
worst customer service ever, the most friendly staff, when they want to sell you something, but just try to make a claim. They promised to pay out in 48 Hour lies lies lies, they have been getting back to me since last week Friday, they keep telling, me someone will contact me and no one ever does. Most useless customer service ever.

22 Sept 2022, 12:40You Guys are really bad, so today, you contacted me back and are basically paying out 1/3rd of the value of the ****** goods. This just gets better and better, it's all in the small print. I am now too scared to drive my car that is insured by you, should something happen to my car, you will probably replace it with a bicycle. You guys are a joke, really, why are you even bothering to pay out? If you are so desperate for money, then rather just keep it, it seems you need it more than I do. Nonetheless, I have now cancelled all my policies with you and will get service from a real insurance company. This whole experience has just left a bad taste in my mouth.
