Absolutely impressed!!

Impeccable service received from dotsure!! Claiming was absolutely easy, I couldn't believe it. At first I was despondent in claiming and waited a few days deciding whether I should go ahead or not cause claiming from any institution is always a headache and requires so much of paper to be filled, signed, stamped, scanned and emailed. So just thinking of that entire process made me delay the entire claim to a future date when I had some time after a busy work schedule.

To my surprise before I could look for the email address to submit my claim, I decided to Google the claiming email address just incase in was changed from the one on my policy schedule and I stumbled upon the online claiming process.

I decided to give it a try as this was new to me. I couldn't believe I was done in less than 10 minutes with the entire submission process.

I used my phone to enter all my required details and the most difficult task which I always have a challenge with is uploading the claim forms was done in seconds. There was no need for me to scan any documents, the online portal allows you to take a picture of the claim form and submit. This for me was a total game changer. So often I struggle with uploading documents only to find out the size is too big or format is incorrect. This ease of access and keeping up with technology and allowing and giving the client peace of mind while doing a claim is what I appreciated the most.

Secondly I did not expect the claim to be received and captured instantly when I received an email of confirmation as I did my claim at night. Moreover in some cases monies take days or weeks to be paid in To a clients account but with dotsure the money was paid in less that 48 hours.

I was really impressed of how smooth the claim process went and how quick the money came in. I didn't have to wait hours on end on the line speaking to a consultant to explain my situation or even submit loads of paperwork.

The professionalism and advancement in the use of technology is not being utilized much these days but dotsure has adapted that notion and executed it perfectly.
