ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!

I met with an accident on 30 June 2022. Stood on the street with my kids for almost 2 hours waiting for my car to be towed. Because they did not give the tow truck driver the go ahead to tow my vehicle.

Then I was told I need to provide the Accident report (something I did not have to do when insured with Outsurance) I eventually got to the police station and found out the Accident report was sent off to another department the on the 1st July. I called dotsure gave them the Number to phone to obtain the report and I have been emailing them with regards to feedback and have heard nothing from them. Have their service. I will never insure another thing with them, not even my pets. Dont let the low rates fool you, their service is pathetic. I regret leaving Outsurance!!!
