Absence of real care

Lots of 5 star reviews yet my experience was the opposite. I tried to get pet cover for an 8 year old ****er spaniel but was instantly rejected with the simple statement the “dog is too old”. She lived for another 8 years. To be instantly repudiated without them obtaining any veterinary history whatsoever simply emphasised the profit focus of the company and absence of any true care. It’s the never ending adverts we’re bombarded with indicating how dotsure cares for your pets that prompted this review. These ads are tantamount to false advertising
