A very disappointed client

I had my dog insured with Dotsure so I could have peace of mind should anything happen to him. No missed premiums, a loyal client and when I finally made a claim for my dog's sudden illness, my claim was reviewed in less than 48 hours and it was denied. Just like that. All my premiums down the drain. I could no longer afford the vet bills since my insurance did not deliver on their promise and my dog sadly succumbed to his illness. I miss him every day and now I will always wonder if he'd still be alive had I gone with another insurer
