A thank you to Dotsure for compassion beyond coverage

I've always been a big fan of Dotsure, having two of my dogs insured with them for years. The claims process has always been so quick and easy.

When my one fur baby passed away, I really appreciate how Dotsure took one layer of admin off my hands (in needing to update my pet insurance policy) after my fur baby, Olive, passed away (when I so needed that time to grieve, and admin was the last thing on my mind). I also really appreciated the personal email from Annemie du Plessis to offer condolences.

It meant a lot, and really goes a long way.
