A Quote is more valuable than a claim
I did an online chat for lodging a claim and was promised to receive a call from the Agent asap, after that I made a quote to see if I can get a better deal for a car insurance since I currently have car warranty insurance with them. To my surprise BOOOM an Agent is calling about the quote just before 5 minutes and note I'm still waiting for a call about my claim for the car warranty. The call took about 40 minutes. After the call I decided to call for a follow up on my warranty claim. Was made to go through the selection process and when I reached where I'm suppose to be, THE CALL ENDED. Tried again, same results
