A job well done from dotsure.co.za (and Jade)

I did an online application for pet insurance with dotsure.co.za - In no time did I receive a quote as well as a phone call to back up the quote that was sent to me. I have to admit, I was very busy and kept on missing the call or asking to be called back at a later stage. The lovely Jade Philips who assisted me was very patient with me on this. Today I eventually had the time to sit still and pay attention. Jade was very friendly and helpful. Explaining everything to me in layman's terms without being condescending, that was very refreshing. She made me feel comfortable and didn't do the typical sales tactics to bully me into a deal. She made sure I was comfortable with the premium as well as offering me an option to work my excess into my monthly premium. This experience has restored my faith in the insurance industry!
