A good experience
I got assisted by Erika Richter today. Sadly with the cost of everything going up I needed to cancel my pet policy. Erika was polite and very helpful. She lowered my policy amount and did what she could to explain the benefits of keeping my policy without being pushy. When I explained further about my need to cancel, she was very helpful.
