A genuine, honest man

A week ago I was contacted by a gentleman called Ronald Pillay from Dotsure.

He explained to me that they were offering car insurance for older cars under 15 years old. He told me more about the coverage and answered my questions patiently.

I asked him to send me more details which he did. I’d told him that my husband would like to have a look at the policy before we made a decision

Ronald said he’d phone me the next day.

When he phoned I told him that unfortunately since my car had very low mileage and I didn’t use it very often we believed that the coverage wasn’t necessary for us.

At no time was Ronald pushy. He was very understanding.

It was a great experience and I’m sorry that we didn’t give him the business.

Ronald was genuine and honest and I would trust him in any business dealing I conducted.
