So my dog has been rather sick recently. Every claim i have submitted has been paid out within 3 days, obviously with what is left of her policy. My latest vet bill where she got HGE, set me back R2557. I decided to upgrade her policy. I called the helpline and heard he waiting tone telling me i can manage my policies online. So I put the phone down, and went to the website. Logged in, found my dogs profile and plan. I selected upgrade. I upgraded from basic to standard and selected okay. Done. That was it. No additional paperwork, no waiting on the phone. Simple and easy. I went back to my email and a document informing me of my change was there.
