Nickey Abrie assisted me to get my window sorted out, Dotsure did not even pay for the claim. The AA paid for my window. When i had the glass fitted at PG glass i was told tht the mechanism for the window was also damaged due to the breaking of the glass. Dotsure refuse to pay for my claim. I have been sent to different ppl until i ended up with Janine Bosman. Dotsure is a bunch of ****** and i will never refer anyone to take out cover with them. My policy is not even 2 years old and they already increased my premium 3 times. Im highly dissapointed with the terrible service i got from you. Im taking my money eleswhere and i would suggest everyone thts with dotsure to do the same. Better now then be sorry later. Bunch of ******.
