6 Months of STILL waiting to be assisted
A client of Dotsure bumped into my vehicle 6 months ago, till now they have not yet sorted out the damage. Every time I call or send an email they respond by saying the file is still with the assessors. This is just pathetic service because I am quite sure they sorted their clients car out but not the person she bumped into.
