Just had the pleasure of speaking with D’Angelo from Dotsure. I asked the vet for the best plan and they gave my details to dotsure, and he was so on the ball he phoned me as I was walking out of the vet. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, and somehow managed to make the usually boring task of going through insurance jargon genuinely enjoyable.
