3rd party claim horror

I was involved in accident with their insurance holder who drove through my parked car in June and paperwork was submitted in June still and waiting time on the process letter is 60 work days. But till today my car is still not fixed and when I call the person appointed to my claim is never available and I am left inconvenienced. So to date it has been 3 months with no resolve.
