2 debit orders on the same day, 1st one in the morning and the second 1 in the afternoon

I am so disappointed, first month they debited the amount we agreed on, this is the second month ad they debited me twice, of which I was not told anything about the second debit that went off on the same day, I am so frustrated, I just wanna cancel everything, if only I was told as to what is the second debit order. Is was gonna make sense but no one bothered to explain 😠😠😠😠
