I'm a new client and had some queries. I sent an email after hours and to my pleasant surprise (I didn't expect a prompt response) Natassia Fourie called me the next morning! She was respectful, very patient and let me do most of the talking. Natascha answered all my questions clearly and apologized on behalf of dotsure. She followed up on her promises by email and arranged for another person to call me at a convenient time. The other person, Khanya Mani, called me at the appointed time and was amazingly cheerful, patient and knowledgeable. Khanna arranged, at my convenience to send a netstar tech to fit device required.
