I remain amazed by the excellent service I received through dotsure pet insurance. Last year my poor Jorgi pup was in two different incidents where she got badly injured. It was the first year I was insured by this company and I was rather embarassed. After all I had no doubt that people would be wondering how a decent owner could allow her poor pet to get mangled TWICE by other dogs. I nevertheless submitted the second claim and I was amazed to discover that Dotsure was prepared to pay. I was so impressed that I put a lovely review on their facebook site and the company responded by sending my pooch a gorgeous blanket and a handwritten note that I still have on my fridge. Its early in the year, but we have taken great care to keep her OUT of danger. Every time I look into those shiny brown eyes, I thank Dotsure. Without them, it would have been impossible to give her the quality of medical care she deserves. Dotsure, you are awesome. We now have all our pets insured with Dotsure and My pet on four wheels...the most expensive one - The Car!
