10/10 would recommend!
I signed up for insurance for my pet last year. I put in my first claim on Monday. Within 10 minutes a very friendly consultant (Stacey Lee), phoned me to let me know my claim was being processed. This morning, less than 48 hours later, the money was reimbursed in my account. By far the best (and swiftest) experience I've had with an insurer.
