10/10 service every time!
The team at dotsure pet insurance is amazing! Super friendly service and everything is always clearly explained. Special shout out to Megon Andrews for the most recent assistance with my furbaby's latest trip to the vet. I couldn't find the original claim reference but she was able to put the pieces together and get me sorted super fast and all with such friendliness. It is a blessing to speak to the ladies working at dot sure and receive such great service ^.^
