I joined Dotsure October 2020 for my cat Bella. Today I had to claim for the first time due to a cat that scratches my Bella and caused an absess. I filed my claim after I came back from the vet and within 30 min the claim was settled and payment breakdown sent to my email. Service is 10/10 and I will highly recommend Dotsure for your pets insurance. They are friendly and efficient. I am very impressed
