Christopher Viljoen was extremely helpful and made it very easy to get pet insurance for our new puppy. He was very patient when I told him I couldn't call due to signal issues, and he then called me at the exact time I asked him to. Other than that, he explained everything to me very well, even helping me understand some parts of the sign-up process I didn't understand. You will be in very good hands if you get a call from him. Thank you Christopher!!
