I started my puppy dog's medical insurance with Dotsure on 1 January 2020. Unfortunately my puppy accidentally ate something she shouldn't have and got sick from it. I took her to the vet and is glad to say that she is okay now. I submitted a claim with Dotsure. The claim submission took me less than 5 minutes and was so quick and easy. Within minutes I got an email and SMS stating my claim have been received. Shortly after that I got contacted by claim handler Arina Reyneke-Meyer. She was extremely friendly and helpful. After the call it was a few more minutes and I got confirmation that the claim was approved. I also got regular SMS's with updates on the claim.

With insurance one can never really say how good or bad they are until the day where you have to claim. Also claiming is not a nice experience because it means something went wrong. Dotsure and Arina made sure this experience was quick, easy and very little stress on me as owner! I honestly don't have words to describe how happy I am with their service and the way they handled my claim. I will recommend Dotsure to anyone at anytime! And my puppy Roxie definitely gives her paw of approval!
