If I could give Theo Ntozini **10 stars, I absolutely would!**

Theo is quite simply **customer service personified**. From the moment he assisted me, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure I understood everything.

I didn’t have to sit through someone simply reading a policy to me from a sheet. Theo **actually explained everything clearly**, answered my questions properly and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. He has an excellent way of communicating information without making it complicated or overwhelming.

What stood out most was that he never once sounded scripted. It felt like I was speaking to a person who genuinely knew his product and cared about the customer, rather than someone simply working through a checklist.
