I sent an email a week ago and still no response!

My email read as follows:

To whom it may concern,

Approximately 3 months ago I purchased a limited edition purple 200 watt dotmod. And I’ve never been so unimpressed with a vape. As a lady, I carry a handbag and since I own a 200 watt mod I cannot carry it in my pocket or hands at all times, hence it is usually in my bag. Now may I add, I am intelligent, so I would never put my vape in my bag without clicking the power button 5 times. So when it’s in my bag it is always off. Yet, I am writing this email to you to complain about my vape firing in my handbag.

Today was the second time that my vape has fired in my bag to the point where my coils are welded together. I also carry a leather purse in my handbag, which is permanently *****ed with a burnt coil scent. On top of that, my bag is leather, which too has a burnt coil scent.

The first incident wasn’t so bad, the vape fired, I thought the store I was in stank, but no it was me. Yes my coils were welded together and not usable and my handbag absolutely stank, but I got over it.

However, this incident was worse. When taking my vape out of my handbag to stop the firing I burnt my right thumb and index finger on the mod itself, not the tank! And least to say, I’m ****ed off.

As you can tell, I’m highly unimpressed with your product, and greatly upset that I spent so much money on a limited edition piece of ****. I should have spent the bit extra and bought a HexOhm.
