Misleading advertising

We were contacted and promised leads for our business and they wanted us to sign up for a year. We committed to 3 months only. We never received any further communication after the initial sales call. We were not made aware of the terms and conditions that we had to read on the website and did not even know what site they were advertising on. Never signed any terms and conditions either. Now they are threatening us with legal action for additional 9x months that we did not agree to. We were also never made aware that it will "Auto Renew" after the initial period. Never received monthly invoices or statements. Stay away
