Harassing phone calls from Dotcom Africa

Dotcom Africa must be the most harassing company in the world. They keep phoning to sell me their services, I have asked and begged them to stop phoning they carry on. I have stopped taking their calls and they now phone with no number showing. They also phoned pretending that they want to inquire about my business services. I cannot get them to stop harassing me!!
