Shocking service, no delivery, no communication

Placed an order on the 12th of November 2021 - Per T&C's on their website, delivery would take 3 days. Ordered the item for an event which has now come and gone, have sent many many follow up emails and nothing, just an email saying your package is delayed. If the company had to order this item from somewhere else, they should've stated that, I could've done this myself. I have now emailed countless times asking for a refund, no reply. Such shocking service, no desire to deal with customers with honesty, integrity or even the want for basic client services. So sad in todays world when client service can make or break you. They have such great products, clearly all a lie and just taking peoples money.
