Do no deliver items ordered and paid fir

I ordered a blouse from this e-commerce shop online 8 weeks ago and up to date I have not received it sent numerous enquires the with just ignore or say following up now after 8 weeks they say they got the order when I was promised 2 Wednesday's ago I would get so people think twice before you order from them
