Disappointed and Frustrated!!!

I am appalled at the service I have received from DotCom. I placed an order on 2 November 2021 and it has been 23 days to date that I am still waiting. It was such a mission just getting a confirmation email that I had to DM them on Instagram to which I was happy with their prompt response. I wanted to track my order and I was told that I will receive an email when it was shipped. 16 days after I placed the order I received an email stating my order is delayed and I must please be patient. I responded to this expressing my disappointment and frustration and I have yet to receive a response.

I DM'ed them on Instagram again and now I am being ignored!

DotCom has wonderful products with great prices. I was so looking forward to being a regular customer, but after this experience I will never use them again and I will warn everyone I know about this terrible experience.
